Return & Refund Policy

At Central T-Shirts, all of our products are custom-made and personalised to your specifications. Because each item is made uniquely for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you've changed your mind.

No Returns on Personalised Orders

As all our products are personalised, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of return under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)). We strongly recommend reviewing all personalisation details carefully before completing your order, as we cannot accept responsibility for errors submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly made due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Errors by the Customer

If an error in personalisation was made by the customer (e.g. a spelling mistake in submitted text), we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
