Just follow these simple steps.

1. Upload your photo, file or logo.
2. Pick the font or design color.
3. Add message or special instructions.

Please note we the higher the resolution of the file , photo or logo the better the result.

To upload your own art/logo to your design, click on the "add photo or file" tab in the Design section. We  support all popular image file formats.

The file size limit for each image uploaded is 5MB. You can also email us and send your own art files, and a design specialist will help you with your design. Please note we will endeavour to make the best possible design for you, but it all starts with your file upload. You have heard the saying "garbage in, garbage out" Never is it more applicable than in photo/file uploads.

A note of caution, photo's taken on mobile phones and sent by email using your phone are generally low quality. We don't make collages,edit or crop people out of photo's, although we can print them if you send them.

Adobe Acrobat Documents (.pdf) and Microsoft Office files (.ppt, .doc, .xls) are not compatible with the lab. Please send us your files and we will assist you to get them in the proper file format.
